- Perform venipuncture and blood sampling accurately while adhering to safety protocols.
- Process and handle specimens according to laboratory procedures, ensuring quality control.
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed, maintaining accurate patient documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and laboratory efficiency.
- Utilize effective communication skills to relay important information to patients and team members.
