Job Summary And Qualifications
Assesses, develops, implements, coordinates and monitors a comprehensive plan of care in collaboration with the physician and interdisciplinary team, balances individual clinical and psychosocial patient/family needs with the efficient and cost effective utilization of resources, while promoting quality outcomes. The Manager manages the daily operations of the department: including hiring, training, evaluation, supervision and scheduling of staff members. Provides direct services to patients; facilitates development and implementation of policies and procedures. Will be backup to the Director for 24-hour responsibility of the department at Research Medical Center. Supports the Inter-Qual Support Line for the Division 7 days per week for Inter-Qual questions related to Medicare review processes.

Research Psychiatric Center is a 95 bed facility. We offer acute inpatient, day treatment, and community-based outpatient behavioral healthcare. We treat adolescents, adults, and senior adults for emotional disorders, mental illness, and substance abuse. What qualifications you will need:
- RN Graduation from a school of nursing. Bachelors’ degree preferred. For Social Worker, Masters of Social Work (MSW) degree required.
- Current RN license for the state of Missouri.
- Minimum 5 years case management experience required.
