Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Perform bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in budgeting processes by providing financial insights and forecasts.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Support financial auditing activities by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with project managers to track project budgets and expenditures.
- Monthly project invoicing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate accounting or financial services is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting processes and financial auditing practices.
- Experience with general ledger reconciliation and bank reconciliation is essential.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
