What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Director of Evaluation position at Research & Professional Development Center?
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Provides leadership and vision for the evaluation of the SPDG, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives
• Compiles a variety of technical data and information related to instructional areas for the purpose of analyzing issues, ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures, monitoring program components, and preparing and maintaining a variety of records and reports.
• Evaluates and monitors project goals related the quantity, quality and child outcomes for professional development trainings, teacher implementation and follow-up coaching
• Maintains current knowledge of evaluation methods, practices and standards, and education policy related to the grant content area for the purpose of assuring comprehensive, high quality evaluation practices.
• Communicates with teachers, administrators, parents, the public, California Department of Education (CDE) contract monitor, etc. for the purpose of disseminating information and facilitating data-driven decision making to address barriers and concerns.
