Job Description :

- Developing individualized care plans based on the needs of patients with mental health and behavioral issues
- Administering psychiatric medications and monitoring for side effects or adverse reactions
- Crisis intervention providing immediate, short-term support to patients in crisis
- Building trust and rapport with patients through effective communication skills, active listening, and empathy
- Monitoring patients for physical and psychological symptoms, including vital signs, mental status changes, and medication effects
