What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Research Assistant position at Research Services Inc?
The Clinical Research Assistant will assist the Clinical Research Coordinators in the conduct of Phase I-IV clinical trials.
Candidates for this role include International Medical Graduates, LPNs, and Experienced Medical Assistants.
Responsibilities include :
- Perform clinical tasks including, but not limited to, vital signs, height and weight, ECG, phlebotomy, specimen packaging
- Able to communicate professionally with physicians, nurses and other medical staff through email, text, and phone
- Strong attention to detail and ability to collect and record accurate data
- Highly skilled in the use of technology, Microsoft office, and G-Suite
- Review medical charts and abstract relevant data
- Highly organized and able to multitask to meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all research activities
- Advanced Medical terminology
- Bilingual (English and Spanish ) proficiently is highly desired.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willing to travel between locations as needed in Seminole County - must have reliable transportation
- Recent Clinical Research experience is strongly desired, but not required
