We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer who is skilled in U / X design, ideally with supplement industry experience. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for design to the table, with expertise in creating catalogs, product sheets, supplement facts panels, and marketing collateral across various platforms, including email, social media, and light website design.
This role will require a blend of both creative design and technical skill to create engaging, effective visuals that align with our brand’s values and product offerings. The Graphic Designer will work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure that designs effectively communicate product benefits, while enhancing the overall customer experience of both our healthcare practitioners and their patients. This role will be responsible for creating collateral for both cohorts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Catalog & Product Sheets Design : Create visually appealing and informative product catalogs, data sheets, and supplement facts panels that align with the brand’s identity and ensure product details are clear and professional.
- Update supplement facts panels across the org any time there is an ingredient change / addition; etc.
- U / X Design : Collaborate with the marketing team to design seamless digital experiences for our website, landing pages, and e-commerce platforms. Focus on improving user interface elements and overall user journey, ensuring ease of navigation and conversion optimization.
- Email Marketing Design (HubSpot) : Design dynamic email marketing campaigns, templates, and assets using HubSpot, ensuring that all designs are responsive, aligned with our brand’s guidelines, and optimized for conversions.
- Social Media Content : Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, stories, and advertisements across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to boost engagement and increase brand visibility.
- Video Creation : Design and create infographic videos to depict product processes. Create company videos with the Founder various team members discussing the science around Researched Nutritionals products.
- Brand Consistency : Maintain consistency in visual design across all marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the overall brand style, voice, and guidelines.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand the specific needs of each project, provide creative input, and ensure the design solutions meet business goals.
- Product Packaging (optional) : Work on the design of product labels, packaging, and promotional materials in compliance with industry regulations.
