RSA provides year-round youth soccer programs and player development opportunities for all ages and ability levels, along with coaching services to various youth soccer organizations throughout New England. Requirements:
- Must be a US citizen or have a green card and be legally able to work in the US.
- A Valid Drivers License and proper method of transportation.
- A college degree or coaching license is beneficial but not required. We value passion and dedication in our coaches.
- Must be able to clear all background checks and clearances in order to interact with children and adolescents.
- Must be current with all State Regulated Immunizations and Health Requirements per Board of Health.
Responsibilities
- Implement RSA curriculum and training program to enhance players' skills in soccer.
- Teach fundamental techniques and strategies of the game while ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
- Lead and/or assist practice sessions, including drills and scrimmages.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour based on experience
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week

· Valid Driver’s License and reliable mode of transportation
