This is a full-time on-site role for a Continuous Improvement Manager located in Halifax, NC. The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, identifying operational inefficiencies, analyzing data, and working cross-functionally to enhance operational processes.
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
