Founded by insurtech veterans with deep experience in SaaS and digital claims, Reserv is venture-backed by Bain Capital and Altai Ventures and began operations in May 2022. About the role
As a Business Analyst in Financial Operations at Reserv, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's future. Reserv will rely on you to ensure payment accuracy and compliance, serve our internal needs, and build trust with our customers.

Who you are
- Skilled in analyzing, optimizing, and maintaining systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proficient in gathering and translating financial information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects.
- A problem solver who can troubleshoot issues and collaborate cross-functionally to find solutions.
- Collaborative and comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and clients.
- Strong communicator, able to clearly articulate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experienced in working with enterprise tools such as Microsoft 365 Suite, Tableau or Looker (SQL), and other financial reporting and communication applications.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quickly to change.
