Many things we do each shift happen 3-4 times or more, using the same dishes, tools, and pieces of equipment over and over. Many of the tools, utensils, dishes, and work areas require constant attention, cleaning, and maintenance in order to have production able to persistently occur without delay. Sanitation team members take part in helping support all areas of production by making sure that the necessary dishes, equipment, tools, and utensils are clean, dried, and ready when needed. You will be participating in dish-washing, equipment cleaning and reset/preparation, and general sanitation duties. Timing and organizational skills will be critical to succeeding in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Empty old soap/sani buckets, wash, refill, and replace every 2 hours
- Separate dishes into bus tubs on the dirty-dish cart based on contaminants
- Empty dry dishes from the drying racks
- Check all kitchen areas for dirty dishes regularly; wash bus-tubs and replace back into work areas
- Keep up with washing pans, molds, and necessary compounding/depositing items
- Make sure to keep a good pace with all dishes so as not to become backed up throughout the shift
- Test sink soap and sanitizer solutions for proper PPM levels
- Keep soiled rag/apron bins organized
- Assist with daily cleaning and kitchen maintenance tasks
- Stocked Break Room with snacks, drinks, and frozen foods
