Expediter 1 - Demolding & Coating - Full Time Shift 2

Description:

The Expediter "Phase 1" staff are the first to process the deposited gummies. You will take the molds of cooled gummies from the fridges, demold and remove gummies from the molds, perform quality checks and quality controls, coat the gummies in their specified coating agent, organize and rotate dried gummies into the drying area, maintain cleanliness of your workspace, and maintain all dishes and equipment related to your tasks. On occasion you may also be expected to be able to help participate with depositing gummies or depositor setup as necessary.

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain and fill out batch records completely and accurately
• Demolding gummies
• Coating gummies
• Depositing gummies.*On Occasion*
• Quality control inspections during processing
• Maintain organized racks of drying gummies
• Rotate drying gummies into the drying room and label carts & batches appropriately
• Clean and sanitize equipment between batches
• Maintain a clean work area, perform general cleaning duties in your areas, assist with cleaning dishes from your work area when closing
