Providers have option to work 4 / 10 schedules or regular 8-5, M-F.
Competitive salary ($145K-$160K) and full benefits including generous health insurance, 4% 401k matching, 11 paid holidays, 36 days PTO accrual, $4000 signing bonus, relocation assistance, $2500 CME and covered malpractice.
