About the Position
We are seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our multi-disciplinary team in a community health center setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in a community health center setting.

Requirements
- Active HI dental licensure
- Current DEA registration
- Board certified/eligible in FM
