What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Practice position at ReserveNation?
An outpatient Family Medicine position is available approximately 45 miles west of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
This role will provide comprehensive primary care to patients across all age ranges within a team-based and patient-centered environment.
The community health program offers various medical, dental, behavioral, pharmacy, and other community programs that can be leveraged by our providers.
One of the benefits of working in this position is the manageable patient volume, which typically ranges from 10 to 12 patients per day. Additionally, providers do not have to worry about call shifts, after-hours responsibilities, or working on holidays.
Competitive Compensation Package:
- A competitive salary ranging from $200,000 to $260,000
- Generous benefits, including health insurance (Federal Employees Health Benefits Program), a 5% match on their 401(k) retirement plan, 14 paid holidays, 20 days of paid time off, a $30,000 sign-on bonus, loan repayment options, reimbursement for licensure and professional dues, $5,000 for four days of Continuing Medical Education (CME), and $10,000 relocation assistance
To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess an active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of New Mexico, as well as a current DEA registration and board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
