Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our tenants and Landlords. Here at Reservoir Realty, we manage over 400 units throughout Puntam & Dutchess counties. If you want an introductory view into the world of real estate/property management, or if you would like to broaden your current knowledge of the sorts, then you have found your place! The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and efficient check-in and check-out processes. This role requires a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, get the proper information needed, and transfer to the proper person or handle the situation.
- Manage the check-in process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in tenant information and who they need to talk to.
- Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Assist in managing rappointments through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management or property management is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on tenant relations and satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is a plus; bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for managing tenant and Landlord information effectively.
