Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations, coordinating between teams, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is an excellent communicator, and is passionate about operational efficiency.
Compensation:
- Starting annual salary: $18,500 (Part-Time).
- Pay will increase as the position transitions to full-time (est. $37,000-$40,000).
- Annual raises of 3% provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for the operations team.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to cleaning schedules, client information, and team assignments.
- Team Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact between management, cleaning teams, and clients.
- Coordinate cleaner assignments for short-term rental turnovers and residential cleaning jobs.
- Track and communicate updates or changes to schedules promptly.
- Client Relations:
- Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Address and resolve service-related issues or concerns.
- Ensure client feedback is documented and communicated for continuous improvement.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies inventory across all properties.
- Place orders for replenishments as needed to prevent service interruptions.
- Operational Reporting:
- Generate and analyze reports on service delivery metrics, client satisfaction, and team performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and present recommendations to management.
- Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure all operations align with company policies and industry standards.
- Monitor quality control to maintain consistent service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably in the cleaning, property management, or hospitality industries.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with scheduling or project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- A high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Availability to respond to operational needs promptly, including occasional weekends or holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in short-term rental cleaning or property management operations.
- Knowledge of Turno, TaskBird, and similar property management platforms.
- Familiarity with Arizona property markets.
