About the Role: Join Resicap as a Senior Integrations Engineer and play a crucial role in architecting and implementing the systems that power our business. As a key member of our Technical Operations team, you'll leverage your expertise in integration platforms, APIs, and databases to build robust, scalable solutions that drive business value. The ideal candidate will have full-stack engineering experience with strong back-end skills and experience working with business users.
What You'll Do:
Design and implement enterprise-wide integration solutions using modern platforms (Synatic, MuleSoft, Boomi)
Architect data flows and transformations between mission-critical systems using APIs, webhooks, and Microsoft SQL
Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to translate business needs into elegant solutions
Build observable, secure, and performant integration workflows
Drive continuous improvement of our integration infrastructure and practices
Own the full lifecycle of integration projects from design through production support
Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure smooth operation
Work with ETL/ELT processes for data transformation and synchronization
Stay updated on emerging integration technologies and recommend improvements
What You'll Need:
8 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining enterprise integrations
Deep expertise in MSSQL database design and optimization (5 years)
Strong foundation in modern integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Synatic, etc.)
Production-grade experience with:
JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js
RESTful APIs and data formats (JSON, XML)
Git version control and branching strategies
Observable systems design and logging
Microservices and event-driven architectures
Experience working in production environments and providing production support (owning your code in production)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
Familiarity with data transformation techniques and concepts (ETL/ELT)
Nice to Have:
Experience with AWS services (especially Lambda and S3)
Background in data lake/warehouse architectures
Expertise with AI-powered code review tools
