Please Note : A floating concierge schedule is a flexible work plan where concierge staff rotate between multiple locations or shifts, including overnights, weekends, and holidays, to provide seamless support and coverage as needed.

What You Will Do
The Reside Concierge Program is integral to the overall branding and services package that defines and creates the Reside lifestyle. Reside concierges offer a long list of amenities to residents, bringing a level of convenience, service, and community typically unavailable to renters in Chicago neighborhoods. The Reside Concierge performs as the initial point of contact for management and leasing interaction with residents and prospects.
