Job Description:
Reside Rentals is seeking a full time Property Management Maintenance Technician who will specialize in the areas of routine property maintenance, property inspections, and minor property repairs. As a rapidly growing residential property management company in Logan, Utah, Reside Rentals strives to deliver outstanding management services to our clients, while providing a fun, innovative, and rewarding environment for our employees.
The successful candidate will work closely in a professional office environment with other maintenance personnel, as well as leasing, management, and accounting department employees. This position interacts with these multiple different departments, as well as with property owners and residents.
The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assessing maintenance needs and repairs at properties

Completing routine maintenance items at each property, such as:

painting, caulking, drywall patching
-
replacing light fixtures, switches, and outlets
-
changing door knobs and deadbolts
-
installing smoke detectors
-
installing blinds
-
other minor household tasks
-

Assisting with resident move-out inspections and ensuring property is ready to be occupied by the next resident
Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Some weekend on-call hours (emergency repairs/calls)
- Construction background or knowledge of common home repairs is helpful, but not necessarily required
- Ability to learn new skills quickly
- Ability to think independently and work effectively with minimal direction
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize accordingly
- Demonstration of self-motivation and initiative on the job
- Able to pass a background check
Compensation:
- Starting at $17-20/hr DOE
- On-call pay available
