JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and speak with our guests in a professional, friendly manner.
- Follow established serving guidelines and portion controls.
- Deliver drinks that are attractively presented at the correct temperature.
- Clear dirty dishes from lounge area.
- Maintain orderly, clean and safe work area, lounge and storage facilities.
- Properly refresh tables and bar with condiments and other items as needed.
- Ensure lounge area/surfaces are clean and inviting at all times.
- Maintain a clean, pleasant, and professional image to guests and associates.
- Complies with all hotel policies and procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Thorough knowledge of alcohol serving practices and standards
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests
- Detail-oriented
- Team player
