We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team at a hospitality establishment. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Conduct the nightly audit process efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate data entry in the hotel's system
- Maintain a secure environment by following safety procedures
- Assist with any guest service-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using hotel phone systems and reservation software
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management or hospitality management is advantageous
