Job Summary
The beautiful Residence Inn by Marriott Tulsa Downtown is seeking a weekend Front Desk Agent. Must be available to work every weekend evenings and some holidays. Previous experience with Fosse is preferred but not required.
Job Duties & Function
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk
- Provide information about hotel amenities and dining options
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience preferred, especially Marriott
- Proficiency in using hotel management software systems, especially Fosse
- Excellent customer service, communication skills, and phone etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Maintains composure while under pressure
