## Job Summary
The beautiful Residence Inn by Marriott Tulsa Downtown is seeking a Full-time flexible Front Desk Agent. Weekend as needed, evenings, overnights as needed, on-call and holiday availability is required. Previous experience with Fosse is preferred but not required.
## Job Duties & Function
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk
- Provide information about hotel amenities and dining options
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
## Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience preferred, especially Marriott
- Proficiency in using hotel management software systems, especially Fosse
- Excellent customer service, communication skills, and phone etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Maintains composure while under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
