Duties
- Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits as required to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest relations and communication.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed.
