Front Desk Agent
Residence Inn by Marriott is a extended hotel in Woodbury, MN. We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude, enjoys interacting with people, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include:
- Greeting and checking in guests as they arrive at the front desk
- Answering phones and responding to emails from guests as well as other staff members
- Checking guests in and out, collecting payment, and processing refunds or payments using Apple Pay or credit cards
- Assisting guests with their luggage as they depart the property
- Entering guest information into the proprietary proprietary software used by all guests (i.e., Apple software)
- Filing information in the proprietary proprietary software used by all guests (i.e., Apple software)
- Other duties as assigned
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Experience with basic computer software
- Ability to work evenings and weekends required.
