Duties

- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations and transactions using hotel management software.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are desirable for effective guest relations.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is beneficial but not mandatory.
