Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Front Desk/Valet Agent to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and booking systems
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
- Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Follow hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security measures
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hotel front desk role is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage
