Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated housekeeper. Attention to detail oriented. This person will clean our room/suites to brand standards and ensure that guests expectations are met.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Handle laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist in special cleaning projects as directed by management or housekeeping management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns regarding cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina with the capability to lift heavy items and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
