Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and neatly presented.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance of various surfaces.
- Provide commercial cleaning services in office spaces or other facilities as required.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all assigned areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Interact with clients in a friendly manner, addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Execute custodial duties such as waste disposal and restroom sanitation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving for extended periods.
- A proactive approach to identifying areas that require attention or improvement.
