We are seeking a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service at our hotel. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Manage reservations and ensure all bookings are accurate
- Assist guests with any issues or complaints they may have during their stay
- Operate the phone system to handle incoming calls and redirect them appropriately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
-Run night audit reports and balance daily accounts.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service roles is required
- FOSSE experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and phone systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
