3. **Front Desk Operations:** Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours.
4. **Customer Service:** Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
5. **Security Procedures:** Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety and security of guests and the property.
6. **Communication:** Communicate effectively with the daytime staff to relay important information and ensure a smooth transition between shifts.
