Job Title: Overnight Shuttle & Valet Driver
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Overnight Shift)
Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Summary:
Residence Inn is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Overnight Shuttle & Valet Driver to provide exceptional guest service by transporting guests safely, assisting with valet parking, and supporting overnight hotel operations. The ideal candidate will be a responsible driver with a passion for hospitality and the flexibility to assist in various hotel tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:Shuttle & Valet Services:
- Safely transport guests to and from designated locations using the hotel shuttle.
- Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and ensure a comfortable ride.
- Provide valet parking services, including safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of shuttle and valet areas.
- Monitor and log vehicle usage and report any maintenance needs.
Hotel Support Duties:
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as ensuring the lobby, entrance, and public areas remain clean and welcoming.
- Deliver guest requests, such as extra towels, pillows, or room service orders.
- Support the front desk with guest inquiries, check-ins, or check-outs as needed.
- Conduct periodic property checks and assist with security measures.
- Ensure a smooth transition between night and morning shifts by communicating with staff.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in driving, valet, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus.
