We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, ensuring all standards of cleanliness are met.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock room amenities as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain a well-organized cart with cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow.
- Assist in the cleaning of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated time frames.
- Must be able to lift, carry, or push up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
