Job Summary:
The Residence Inn Charleston Riverview is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations. This role ensures that guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and service standards while providing support to the housekeeping team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and up to brand standards.
- Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
- Train and mentor housekeeping associates on cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and hotel policies.
- Coordinate with the front desk and maintenance teams to address room readiness and guest requests.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, ensuring proper stock levels.
- Assist with scheduling and time management of the housekeeping team.
- Uphold brand cleanliness and safety standards to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Support a positive work environment by motivating and coaching team members.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel setting; supervisory experience preferred.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
