The Residence Inn Fort Lauderdale Pompano Beach/Oceanfront is adding to their amazing team! Seeking an energetic, hands-on Housekeeping Manager with a great attitude and keen eye for cleanliness and details. High volume hotel - flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Bi-lingual candidates preferred, but not required.
PRIOR HOTEL HOUSEKEEPING MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Responsibilities:
Oversee a diverse team of Housekeepers by leading by example, empowering, sharing, and coaching.
Ensure all guest and service areas are cleaned in a timely manner. Manage guests' special requests for an exceptional guest experience.
Keep a pulse on supplies and expenses in order to meet or exceed budget goals.
Respond to guest requests and concerns, attending to guest need with prompt courtesy.
Requirements:
Working knowledge of hotel housekeeping expected. Supervisory skills are required.
Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, management, and guests.
