Duties

- Coordinate catering services and special events, ensuring all client needs are met.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain kitchen operations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale among staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance metrics and assist in budget management.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or as an Assistant Manager within the hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Experience in catering management is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with food management systems and kitchen operations is preferred.
