Residence Inn by Marriott is seeking a Breakfast Attendant for their busy hotel! Compensation is based on experience. Must have open availability, including holidays and weekends. Company benefits include 401k, employee discounts, and much more.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide outstanding guest service by creating a welcoming environment, greeting guests, and maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by displaying professionalism, assisting with seating, answering phones, and keeping the reception area organized.
- Follow safety and security procedures, respond to emergencies appropriately, and assist guests with directions and information about the property.
- Maintain an up-to-date reservation book, ensure smooth shift transitions, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Support restaurant operations by bussing tables, pouring water, resetting tables, and handling a cash bank when required.
- Uphold AURO Hotels' standards by maintaining a professional appearance, completing required training, and representing the brand positively.

- Full-time hours available (up to 32-40 hours per week) must have flexible availability including weekends.
Experience/Education
High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Must speak, read, and understand English.
