We’ve grown aggressively. And now, we’re ready to turn up the volume.
We’re hiring a Head of Marketing to unify our creative and digital strategies into one unstoppable force.
In your first 3–6 months, you’ll:
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performance marketing org that punches above its weight
- Sharpen the brand voice across all touchpoints—ads, listings, website, emails, socials, and more
- Architect and execute growth strategies across Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, SEO, Email/SMS, and affiliate
- Oversee creative ops to ensure we never post anything mid again
- Help scale us toward $50M/year with intelligent performance marketing and brand storytelling that actually converts
Creative Strategy & Execution
- Own and evolve the brand’s tone and visual direction
- Manage a team of content creators, designers, and copywriters
- Oversee ads creative, PDP/A content, UGC, email design, and social media assets
- Translate product launches and campaigns into cohesive storytelling across platforms
Digital Marketing Leadership
- Set and hit channel-level KPIs (ROAS, LTV:CAC, CVR, SEO rankings, etc.)
- Direct all paid traffic strategy: Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon
- Oversee SEO, affiliate, and digital marketplace growth
- Run lifecycle marketing: email/SMS (Klaviyo) from onboarding flows to sale campaigns
- Work hand-in-hand with operations to make sure we never overspend or undersell
Team & Strategy
- Be the link between marketing and product, logistics, ops, and leadership
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain A players
- Build systems and SOPs that scale
- Own the full-funnel—from thumb stop to post-purchase
- You’ve owned 8-figure DTC growth (or you’re damn close and hungry to prove it)
- You’re as good with a CAC:LTV spreadsheet as you are judging ad creative
- You can speak performance and aesthetics fluently
- You’ve managed teams (5 direct reports) across creative and digital
- You know how to balance brand and conversion in everything you ship
- You have that founder’s mindset—scrappy, relentless, strategic
- Strong Shopify knowledge
- Experience growing via marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, Wayfair)
- Email & SMS lifecycle expertise (Klaviyo mastery = god tier)
- Media buying experience (you’ve actually touched ads manager)
- Obsession with beautiful products, branding, and design
You report directly to the CEO and sit across both the Creative and Performance marketing functions.
You’ll collaborate with Ops, Product Development, Sourcing, and Sales Channel Managers.
