- Collaborate with social workers and caregiving staff to support residents with disabilities or those requiring assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Organize special events and outings that promote community engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and feedback on activities.
- Train and supervise activity staff or volunteers to ensure high-quality programming.
- Foster a welcoming environment that encourages resident involvement and interaction.
Qualifications
