JOB SUMMARY:
The Lodges Company is seeking a part-time (approximately 25 hrs. per week) motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team Eden Prairie team. This position is responsible for building and ground, safety and preventative maintenances. Perform and oversee all tasks to assure that our homes reflect a high quality of care and appearance. The ideal candidate will possess experience in general maintenance skills. Prior experience working in an Assisted Living/Nursing Home setting is ideal but not required.
