What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance Assistant position at Residential Community CDD?
High-end residential community has a PART TIME (20 hours) opportunity for a Facilities Maintenance Assistant. The maintenance assistant will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the amenities within the community.
This will include, the following:
- Ensure pool area and restrooms are clean and stocked.
- Ensure the gym is clean, weights returned to weight rack and restrooms clean and stocked.
- Ensure the Beach Club is clean and organized inside and the outside of the building is clean and maintained.
- Ensure the amenities, tennis courts, basketball courts, and hockey rink are clean and in good repair.
- Ensure community is free of trash including trashcans and dog station can linerschanged and stocked.
- Complete any tasks assigned by facilities manager and report any deficiencies found during travels and completing tasks.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Self-starter and able to follow basic instructions
- High School Diploma
- Good work ethic and detailed oriented
- Available Monday - Friday 9am - 1pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
