What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Residential Community CDD?
Overview
A high-end community is currently seeking an intelligent individual (part-time) who has great multitasking skills to interact with residents and guests with friendliness, professionalism, and a “how can I help” attitude to work in the community clubhouse.
Performs routine office functions, i.e. copying, filing, posting, and verifying information, record keeping, document processing, fingerprint scanning, and barcode processing. Utilizes general understanding of other department's functions; resolves routine problems; applies knowledge of department policies and procedures.
May adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to meet the more complex requirements of the position. Resolves most questions and problems and refers to the most complex issues to higher levels. Utilizes a PC for recording, storing, retrieving, and/or presenting the information.
Qualifications
· Excellentpersonable and professional skills
· Strong organizational skills/ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· High degree of motivation as well as being able to quickly master new challenges
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Good communication and interpersonal skills to support the team
· Ability/Desire to learn additional software or systems, as needed
· Flexibility to assume other area assignments as the team refines processes
· Proven record of dependability
· Ability to enforce CDD policy and rules for amenities
· Ability to excel in a team environment as well as work well independently
· Ability to work flexible hours weekends and evenings
Job Type: Part-time
