Residential Elevators, Inc. is actively seeking a strong professional to succeed in the vital role of Account Representative.
This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client problems and escalations.
THIS IS NOT A CSR POSITION.
It will initiate and maintain continuous communication with both internal and external clients. It is also directly responsible for the creation, modification and communication of daily schedules for our service technicians.
Interaction is exclusively through phone contact with little to no face to face interaction, so the successful candidate must have very strong interpersonal skills and be able to convey information concisely and effectively under potentially high-pressure conditions.

Duties:
- Effectively, positively and professionally interact with internal and external clients on critical issues related to Residential Elevators' products and services.
- Assess client needs, then immediately and/or with a short deadline, communicate appropriate options for resolution.
- Directly control the schedules of service technicians.
- Assist in the planning and implementing of department goals, while making recommendations to leadership regarding improvements to efficiency and effectiveness of the department's performance .

Requirements
- For a minimum of two years, must have a proven track record of being solely responsible for overseeing critical internal and external client accounts.
- Must have strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be able to remain positive and professional n the face of adversity.
- Must have the ability to set and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high pressure, rapidly changing environment.
- Must be proactive, reliable, highly organized with the ability to work independently.
- Must be computer literate, (i.e. Microsoft Office, CRMs)
- Must be able to work full-time 40 hours per week (with possibility of a Saturday shift base don business needs).
