We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Quality to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a proven track record of implementing effective quality control measures.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management strategies to improve overall product quality
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and ensure adherence to ISO 9001, HACCP, and FDA regulations
- Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fabricate and implement quality systems
- Manage quality inspection processes to maintain high standards of product integrity
- Oversee project management activities related to quality improvement initiatives
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in quality management roles
- In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies
- Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and standards
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Demonstrated experience in leading quality improvement projects
- Certification in Quality Management is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
