Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Elevator: 2 years (Required)
- Electrical: 2 years (Required) with a electrical systems related to elevator operations.
- Strong understanding of hydraulics
- Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals.
- Experience as an industrial mechanic or in a similar field service role.
- Solid mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills along with proven experience in managing and leading a team of technicians.
- Ability to use relevant tools and software for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable with heights and working on ladders
- Must be able of lifting 50lbs or more and hard physical work
- Must be comfortable working in confined spaces (attics)
- Must be knowledgeable and experienced in proper use of hand tools
- Must have valid drivers’ license plus clean driving record and pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
