Residential Elevators is actively seeking an Elevator Inspector to oversee all of our elevator inspections in New Jersey.
This role is responsible for ensuring that all of our elevators are installed to meet NEC, ASME, and local home elevator codes.

Requirements
Requirements
- Must have CET, NJ Elevator Mechanic License, or successfully completed NEEIP program
- High school diploma or GED
- Electrical skills and schematic reading
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, with occasional overnight travel
- Must be comfortable with heights and working on ladders
- Must be capable of lifting 50lbs or more and hard physical work
- Must be able to work in confined spaces (attics)
- Must be knowledgeable and experienced in proper use of hand tools
- Must have valid drivers’ license plus clean driving record
