Northeast Elevator Service Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Field Service Technicians along the Atlantic coast from NY/NJ to GA. This includes recruitment, training, discipline, and termination.
- Ensure all company service procedures and policies and National Safety and Quality standards are met.
- Service Troubleshooting Initial Responder; if cannot resolve service issue, determine where/who to direct technician and follow up as necessary.
- Perform QI's following service calls to ensure Service Tech compliance with company policies.
- Travel to train individual service techs throughout the region as needed; minimum 3 weeks travel per month including weekend travel when necessary.
- Supply regular statistical reports to Management as required.
- Participate in After Hours On-Call Manager as assigned.
- Participate in regularly scheduled Management and Company events as required.
- Provide product feedback to engineering and R&D.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Service Technician or Installation Mechanic (previous experience must be documented)
- Self-Starter; able to travel extensively; long hours when needed.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint plus Salesforce.
- Able to create meaningful data analysis and statistical reports to management.
- Previous management experience helpful.
