Residential Elevators is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Elevator Service Manager to oversee our markets in Texas and California.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills, as they will be directly responsible to oversee and lead a team of 7 to 10 Elevator Service Technicians across the region.
This position is essential to ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients while maintaining compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and manage technician training and development.
- Coordinate team schedules to meet client demands while minimizing downtime and act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively, while also handling escalations in order to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Oversee daily field service operations, including troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues and be available to respond to urgent operational needs as required.
- Ensure all technicians comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Monitor work quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Regular travel between California and Texas to visit job sites, meet with technicians, and maintain client relationships.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the elevator or related field service industry.
- Must have a strong knowledge of elevator systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills along with proven experience in managing and leading a team of technicians.
- Ability to use relevant tools and software for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel regularly between Texas and California.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
