Residential Home Health and Hospice is committed to delivering exceptional care to patients in a team-based environment. As a Home Health Clinical Support Nurse, you will provide comprehensive care to patients in the Highland Park, IL area.
We are seeking compassionate nurses with RN licenses in the state they work. Previous home health experience is preferred, but not required. Our ideal candidate has excellent time management skills, can self-manage their schedule, and consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
