This full-time position supports patients in Elmhurst, IL and surrounding areas, offering a comprehensive onboarding program and clinical educators to mentor and guide.

We require nurses with an RN license in the state where they work, previous Home Health experience (highly preferred), a current driver's license, and the ability to spend approximately 20% of their day driving to/from patient locations. The ideal candidate must commit to meeting critical deadlines for charting, self-manage their time and schedule, and possess demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
Compensation varies by market but includes potential earnings from patient care visits, non-visit activities, paid days off, shift premium pay, and a first-year success bonus.
